Beginning 4-week Series MELT for Equestrians - Welcome to your way forward as you assess, address and progress in your relationship with your body and your equine partner.

This Basic Workshop introduces:
Core stabilization techniques for being able to find efficient neuromuscular support and erase the root cause of typical rider compensatory patterns.
Core and Lower Body Techniques including the ball foot treatment to find efficient ground reaction force through the center of gravity and your seat in the saddle, erasing holding patterns in your hip, knee and ankle joints in order to support the fluid unity with your horse
Core and Upper Body Techniques including the ball hand treatment to get out of holding patterns in your ribs, shoulders and neck which disturb the axial line around which you ideally organize in the saddle
A mixed Core lower and upper body map as an example of how you can mix and match techniques for a certain outcome and to address specific issues.
