Megan Bretey, an FEI rider and trainer, provides correct training for the rider and horse. She is a compassionate coach and rider putting the horse first. Megan Coaches riders of all levels and breeds, believes Dressage is for every horse. She has years of experience working for many different trainers across the country, most notably Tina Konyot, a member of Team USA at the 2010 WEG and 2012 Olympics. A USDF “L” Graduate, and USDF Bronze and Silver medallist. She won team Bronze at the NAYRC for Region 5, and was Region 5 PSG Champion in 2004. Several of her students have qualified for regional and national Championships in both traditional and western dressage. Limited Boarding available, stalls with runs, turn out pasture, and full size dressage arena.

Come join us at a great facility including a 140 X 300' Sand Arena with a 20 X 60m dressage arena, and round pen. Great footing year round! Full service Boarding. Lessons and Riding/Training for all levels and degrees of skill. Lessons at the farm are in an indoor arena. It is quiet, low stress and has mirrors so you can see as you ride. Susan is also available for clinics. She believes in Classical training, no gimmicks or shortcuts. Just correct riding/training. The welfare and well-being of the horse comes first. Susan can help you improve your riding, feel more comfortable on and with your horse, work out training and riding issues or help with ground work.
Susan, a USDF Bronze, Silver, and Gold USDF Medalist, has been an equine veterinarian for 38+ years and has been heavily involved in the dressage sport for 45 years. She has worked with many types of horses at all levels and with a multitude of trainers and instructors both in the USA and Germany and Austria.

My focus is on a correct, independent seat; straightness and suppleness of horse and rider; application and timing of the rider's aids and the importance of the rider's core.
